Decent granola, customer service could improve
I ordered the Granola Sem Glúten and a couple of Chocolate 70% Cacau bars. The ordering process was straightforward enough, and the website was easy to navigate. Delivery took 8 days to get to my place in California, which felt a bit long. One of the chocolate bars was slightly melted when it arrived, probably due to the summer heat during transit. I contacted customer service about it, and they were polite but it took a few emails to get a resolution, which was a partial refund for the chocolate. The granola itself was very good, flavorful and crunchy. I liked that they offer a good selection of specialty items. I'd consider ordering again for the granola, but maybe not the chocolate in warmer months.
